VEXOR uses the website to receive enquiries and prepare proposals. This version does not complete purchases or capture online payments.

1. Commercial flow

1. You submit an enquiry.
2. VEXOR validates assumptions, scope, technical data, location, timing and responsibilities.
3. A proposal identifies the supplier, scope, price, applicable charges, payment terms, availability, delivery/execution and validity.
4. You can review/correct data before acceptance.
5. A contract is formed only by express acceptance under the proposal/contract.

2. Custom work

Custom products, software and engineering depend on case-specific requirements. Generic catalogue information does not replace the approved specification.

3. Consumer rights

Where Brazilian consumer law applies, mandatory distance-contracting, cancellation and withdrawal rights will be respected where applicable.

4. Engineering responsibility

Regulated engineering services are subject to the required professional responsibility and ART registration where applicable.

5. Supplier identification

Direct online contracting should only be enabled after full legal supplier identification and complete offer terms are published. This version remains a catalogue and proposal-request channel.
